After graduating from Middlesex, Robert has gone onto become an International Development Coach. Now he is co-leading Tottenham’s first ever University Global Football program (GFP), which aims to provide students with the opportunity to be coached by THFC coaches.
Since completing his degrees, James has gone onto work as a performance specialist/consultant, working alongside world-class performance coaches and training athletes from around the globe. He then became Head of Academic Content for the International Olympic Committee Athlete Learning Gateway.
Since graduating from Middlesex, Anna has gone onto become a PhD student where her research is focussed on fundamental movement skills and physical literacy within early childhood. As well as being engaged in research, Anna is also working as a Group Fitness Instructor at fitness company, Over Power.
Shannah completed her BSc in Sports Exercise Science in 2019. Since then she has gone onto conduct research focusing on school-based run/walk interventions and physical literacy. Shannah is currently a part-time academic at Middlesex and supporting the next generation of sports science graduates like yourself
Glenn’s journey at Middlesex allowed him to take his career to the next level. During his degree, Glenn worked with another Middlesex alumni in a clinical setting to improve his existing knowledge. After receiving his degree, Glenn felt confident enough to open his own practice.
“My degree has enabled me to work clinically which is something I couldn't have done before as a personal trainer. I run my own clinic now and get a huge amount of job satisfaction. The course gave me a good grounding in the skills required to run a private practice.”
